Please note our minimum repair charge (1 hour of work or less) is $199. This helps cover the cost of fuel, labor, liability insurance, worker compensation, advertising, etc just to name a few. Repair examples: missing piece of fascia, several missing shingles on a walkable roof, loose piece of gutter, etc.
We also lease and utilize Xactimate software, the same itemization program used by insurance companies for claims. This means we can provide a thoroughly detailed estimate on a claim you may encounter and work with your insurance company to get the claim completed and repairs finished.
